I am very pleased to announce that me and my honey became engaged yesterday! Yes, on Valentine's Day (such a romantic)! Love you Jayson!

Many of you have inquired about me sending in my information to the Michael Baisden radio show for his B-side Artist segment. Today, I have taken all necessary steps to have my music considered. The ball is in your court Michael Baisden and staff!!! Thanks to all of my fans that continue to support me and all of my musical endeavors. Great music and artists have limitless boundaries. 10. My nephew, Jozef, just celebrated his 1st birthday!

6. I successfully performed a neuter on a dog that was adopted out from an animal shelter (I am a vet student, this was a professional job people!)

Thanks to everyone that came out to support my show yesterday. I had a blast performing, and I hope you had just as much fun as I did. Many people picked up the cd (thanks!) and I got a chance to meet Dr. Darius from FM 98 WJLB. He gave me some pub on the radio after the show (it feels amazing). Who knows, I might get a spin on one of the radio shows.

It has officially begun! Yesterday, I recorded my first song to be included on my sophmore album! It's great to be back in the studio again. I am anticipating on the new cd to be released in June 2010. But until then, I will add snipets of the new songs onto this website! Make sure that you stay tuned for more info.

So, I recently heard that a local artist from the Detroit area was going to be featured on a nationally syndicated radio show this week. The artist and radio show will remain nameless because I do not want to further publicize this mess. I personally feel that this artist should not get any exposure what so ever, at least not with the song that is drawing attention. The production of the song is TERRIFYING! I won't even begin to talk about the music video that looks like it was shot with a home camcorder.

Why is it so easy for the "jokester" to get in the lime light, while many deserving artists never even reach the radar? Both radio and tv are guilty of doing this. Oh yes, for you American Idol fans, the actual show process is NOTHING like what is seen on tv & the website.

I just had to blow a little steam off my chest. With that said, SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL ARTISTS THAT DESERVE SUPPORT!!! (That includes me :-)

This coming Saturday, I will be walking in memory of my dear friend Morgan Imani Guice with the Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD) organization. In order for this walk to be a true success, we need to raise money to support this organization which in turn supports the families and friends who have lost loved ones due to the carelessness of drunk drivers.
